Glossary
You can preview printed reports on the screen without having to print them on the printer. This is useful for making sure that the reports are correct before committing them to paper.
When the report is ready, the first page will be displayed on the screen.
Use the First page, Previous page, Next page and Last page buttons to scroll through the report.
You can use the mouse to zoom in on a page. Place the mouse cursor on the page and drag a marquee around the part of the page you want to enlarge. To zoom out just click the right mouse button on the page. To return to viewing the entire page, click on the Whole page button.
You can print pages of the report by clicking on the Print button.
You can also copy the current page of the report to the clipboard by clicking on the Copy button.
Note:
The print preview function uses Windows Metafiles to display the pages. The size of metafiles is limited by Windows so there are circumstances where a preview page may not be displayed. This is generally because the page contains too many large/high resolution pictures. Try copying the picture into a graphics editing program and reducing its size by 50%. The picture can still be scaled up in Kith and Kin Pro to its original size (by setting the printed height and width in the Picture form), the resolution will be less but will probably be unnoticeable.
